Latin launch for The LazyTown SportsClub in Mexico

After nearly a year in development, January 13th and 14th saw the launch of The LazyTown Sports Club… in Mexico City!

iKidz T&C Director Chris Sharman has been coordinating the development of the programme on behalf of Fitpro and global children’s brand LazyTown (based in Iceland). Chris and fellow iKidz consultant Erica Ryder have been working with LazyTown to develop a children’s activity class integrating sport, dance, creative story telling, music and games. Classes run for 3-7 year olds and are delivered by specially trained and selected SuperHero Trainers.

Mexico Health Club chain SportsWorld are the first to jump onboard with the programme with Chris and Erica travelling out to Mexico City to run the first ever training course (in Spanish!). SportsWorld will be launching the programme across 17 of their sites this Spring.
