Kelly Cooper (Senior Consultant)


Kelly joined the team following roles as Product Manager for Kingswood Camps and Development and Marketing Director for Camp Beaumont. Previously Kelly was the Family Development Manager for David Lloyd Leisure.

A breadth of experience across the sports and activities sector gained over almost 15-years, sees Kelly as a specialist in creating innovative children’s spaces, outdoor adventure products and early-years provisions, each with the comprehensive operating systems and staff training to accompany them.

Jane Southall (Senior Consultant)


Former Children’s Product Innovation Manager for Virgin Active Health Clubs, Jane has 18 years experience in the health and leisure industry and a creative flare for designing children’s activity programmes, birthday party experiences, holiday camps and fitness products.

Alongside her work with iKidz, Jane also heads up R.A.W. KIDS and R.A.W. PT (Right Attitude to Wellness), a series of health and fitness products for children and families, and regularly trains children’s activity staff across the country.

George Pop (Architectural and Design Consultant)


Recent graduate in Architecture at Portsmouth University with a First Class Honours degree, George has a talent for visualising ideas and concepts. His creative and flexible mind from outside the leisure industry is a perfect accompaniment to the iKidz team.

George was the former Co-President of the Portsmouth Architecture School Society (PASS) and currently works as an Architectural Assistant at Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt.

James Robertshaw (Consultant and Master Trainer)


James Robertshaw has been working with children aged 3-17 for the past 12 years across the United Kingdom, Portugal and more recently in America. James currently runs sports coaching sessions for boys and girls of mixed ages and abilities and specialises in soccer and multi-sport.

He is also a freelance teacher working across a number of Primary and Elementary schools just outside of New York. James is a deliverer at heart and is an expert at infusing fun and education into all his sessions. His knowledge and experience coaching within the sports sector is a valuable asset to the team and greatly aids the training and development of other coaches.

Erica Ryder (Consultant and Master Trainer)


Erica has more than 18 years experience in the health and fitness industry and holds a wide spectrum of qualifications that cover group exercise, personal training and relaxation therapy.

Erica started her career as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor. She has a background in dance and theatre studies and has a passion for all styles of dance. Erica teaches a variety of dance based fitness classes to both adults and children.

Erica has been working with iKidz T&C Director Chris Sharman over the past year on the development of The LazyTown SportsClub programme and has come onboard to further develop the product and assist with new business in the development of dance and fitness programmes for children and families.
