Tasked with bringing a tired brand back to life, Chris completed research with over 400 children before working with a design agency to develop a new logo and characters for the family friendly product with an annual turnover of £1.1m.

A full Operations Manual with standardised session plans was written and complemented a national tour of training courses for over 200 Party Hosts across the country.
